In this dynamic entry level role, you will be the first point of contact for our Slovak-speaking users, helping them navigate our streaming platform while ensuring they have an enjoyable and seamless experience. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Slovak via email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with account management, playlists, and streaming queries
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues and concerns
• Provide detailed information regarding music features and platform offerings
• Collect user feedback to improve overall service and functionalities
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the platform

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the music or entertainment sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and customer-centric approach
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
