Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department for one of our clients! In this important Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients who are utilizing our platforms to find virtual job opportunities and freelance gigs. Your ability to communicate effectively will play a key role in enhancing their experience and success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to job searches, platform features, and account management
• Accurately document all client interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the platform effectively
• Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve our services
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date with product changes and enhancements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly within virtual job forums or freelance platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and virtual job platforms
