In this Entry Level role, you will be the vital link between our Portuguese-speaking clients and our services, providing expert assistance and support as they navigate our marketplace platform.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with various issues regarding transactions, listings, and platform features
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our support systems
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide clients with guidance on effectively using the marketplace platform
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on system features and enhancements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, especially within online platforms or marketplaces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to achieving customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
