Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with questions related to home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and feature usage
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide insights on product features and offer personalized recommendations
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our services and products
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the latest technologies and products
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in technology or consumer electronics
