In this vital entry-level role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Lithuanian-speaking clients, providing them with outstanding support and assistance regarding their subscription services. Your fluency in Lithuanian will help us ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Lithuanian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to subscription management, billing issues, and service features
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns
  • Provide clear and concise information about subscription plans and promotions
  • Gather user feedback to enhance the service offering and customer experience
  • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on service changes and best practices
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably within subscription-based services or similar sectors
