In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns swiftly and efficiently.

As a key member of our customer service team, your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that we meet our clients' needs and maintain their trust. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding our products, services, and policies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality
• Educate clients about our offerings and guide them in using our products effectively
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve service delivery
• Participate in training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar field highly preferred
