French Speaking Customer Support for Streaming TV & Movie Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Streaming TV & Movie Services Department! In this pivotal Junior role, you will be the primary contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with a range of inquiries related to our streaming services. Your fluency in French will be essential in providing outstanding support and ensuring an exceptional viewing experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about streaming services, content availability, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience
• Provide information on new features, promotions, and updates
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on our services and technologies

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and streaming services is a plus
