French Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing App Department! In this dynamic junior position role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our French-speaking users, providing them with exceptional support and assistance related to their ride-sharing experiences. Your proficiency in French will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. You will interact directly with users, helping them navigate the app and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions regarding app features, ride requests, and payment issues
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex user problems
• Guide users on best practices for using the ride-sharing app efficiently
• Gather user feedback to contribute to service enhancements and app improvements
• Participate in training sessions to keep updated on service offerings and app functionalities

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the technology or ride-sharing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
