Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions related to mobile banking features and functionality
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Provide information about banking products and services
- Gather client feedback to improve our mobile banking offerings
- Engage in training to stay updated on mobile banking technologies and best practices
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer service and satisfaction
