Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this engaging Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online learning platform and addressing any inquiries related to our educational technology products and services.

Your fluency in French will be vital as you assist clients with account setup, course selection, technical issues, and provide educational resources. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the learning experience for our users and promoting our commitment to innovative education solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding online learning services
  • Assist customers with inquiries about course offerings, registration, and technical support
  • Troubleshoot issues related to user accounts and learning platforms
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve our offerings and user experiences
  • Stay updated on trends in online learning and educational technology
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in online learning or educational technology, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
