In this vital entry level role, you will be the go-to support for our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our extensive range of books and online services. Your fluency in Czech will be essential in providing personalized and effective support to enhance our customers’ shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via email, phone, and chat
• Assist customers with browsing, ordering, and account-related questions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely responses and solutions
• Provide recommendations on books and services based on customer needs
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve our service offerings
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in online retail or bookstores
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A passion for books and a good understanding of the publishing industry
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
