Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical problems, focusing on quick and effective solutions.
• Offer detailed product knowledge and assistance to enhance customer understanding and usage.
• Keep accurate records of customer inquiries and solutions delivered within our support system.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve complex issues through effective escalation.
• Stay informed on product updates, features, and best practices to provide the most accurate support.
• Foster positive relationships with customers by providing personalized support and assistance.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
• Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly desirable.
• Adept at problem-solving and analytical thinking to assist customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills.
