Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Spanish, ensuring it aligns with community standards.
• Identify and take appropriate action against inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
• Engage with users by responding to their comments, questions, and feedback professionally.
• Document moderation activities and generate reports on trends or issues to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to optimize engagement strategies and improve processes.
• Stay informed about social media trends and best practices in content moderation to ensure effective performance.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or social media is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to effectively identify and address content issues.
• Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with users.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
