Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate information and guidance about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the appropriate support systems.
• Collaborate with team members to tackle complex customer problems.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to help improve services.
• Stay updated on product developments to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Prior experience in customer support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on fostering customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
