Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Icelandic through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Respond to inquiries about travel arrangements, policies, and relevant destination details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Fluent in Icelandic and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in the travel and tourism industry, is highly preferred.
