In this position, you will be responsible for managing inquiries and interactions from our German-speaking audience across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on social media channels in German, providing timely and informative responses.
• Engage with the audience, encouraging conversation and positive interaction through comments, direct messages, and posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends or urgent customer issues and escalate as necessary.
• Assist in developing engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the German-speaking audience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance our social media strategy and improve user experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate customer engagement strategies into broader campaigns.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for customer engagement and relationship building.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their best practices.
• Creative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
