Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in German for inquiries related to our online streaming media services.
• Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and subscription management.

• Handle customer complaints with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and future reference.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
