German Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German for inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
• Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
• Educate customers on proper usage and care of their coffee machines.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality control and service improvement.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure quick resolution of product issues.
• Stay informed about coffee industry trends and product developments to better assist customers.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in high-end retail or technical support preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Interest in coffee culture and a basic understanding of coffee machines.
• Familiarity with customer service software and support tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
