Fitbit Customer Support Specialist with Dutch and English

Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an opportunity for a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Dutch and English. As a vital part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to Fitbit users, helping them navigate their devices and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your expertise in both languages will help enhance the customer experience and foster a strong relationship with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and effective support to Dutch and English-speaking customers regarding Fitbit devices, applications, and services.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, device setup, and usage of Fitbit products to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service procedures and showcase best practices.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback for ongoing product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support or health technology role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers with their needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document inquiries accurately.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with eagerness to learn continuously.
