Responsibilities

• Answer emergency calls from Dutch-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance promptly.
• Assess the emergency situation and provide clear, actionable advice and support.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure rapid dispatch of assistance.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, follow-up actions, and resolutions.
• Offer empathetic and professional support, with a focus on customer care.
• Stay informed about company procedures, services, and updates related to roadside assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally in emergency response or support services.
• Strong ability to problem-solve and remain composed under pressure.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Understanding of automotive services and roadside assistance practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
