Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding ride-sharing services.
• Assist users with account registration, ride booking, and payment processing issues.
• Provide clear information about app features, safety protocols, and promotional offers.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to improve service quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with driver and logistics teams to resolve any related issues effectively.
• Stay updated on app updates, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in tech or mobility services, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer issues.
• Familiarity with customer service software and mobile applications is advantageous.
