Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Food Delivery Service Department. In this key role, you will provide outstanding customer service to our clients, helping them with inquiries related to food delivery orders, menu selections, and any issues they may encounter. Your proficiency in Dutch will be critical in ensuring a high-quality experience for our diverse customer base. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to food delivery services.
• Assist users with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and addressing any menu-related questions.
• Provide clear and accurate information about promotions, food safety, and restaurant policies.
• Document and manage customer interactions to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and operational processes.
• Encourage customer engagement, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the food or delivery sector, is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Able to multitask and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and online platforms.
