Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to travel bookings.
• Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling travel reservations.
• Offer information about travel destinations, accommodation options, and local attractions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or customer service software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
