Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries about subscriptions, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance on content recommendations. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to online streaming services.
• Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and payment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions effectively.
• Provide recommendations on content based on user preferences.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about platform updates, new releases, and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the online media or entertainment sector preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about streaming technologies and issues.
• Familiarity with customer support software or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
