Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Dutch Speaking Answer Desk Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our Dutch-speaking clients by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication across various platforms. Your role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support, contributing to their overall satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Dutch through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, addressing any concerns.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints effectively and escalate as necessary.
• Document interactions and maintain records of customer feedback.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on company updates and product knowledge to offer the best service possible.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements for better service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
