Customer Support Agent (French-speaking) - POS System Solutions

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Customer Support Agent (French-speaking) who is passionate about providing outstanding assistance in the realm of POS System Solutions. In this role, you will engage with our French-speaking clients, helping them navigate our POS systems and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth experience for our customers, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed with our products. Responsibilities

  • Provide support to French-speaking clients by addressing inquiries related to our POS systems through phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers on the usage and features of our POS systems to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support tracking system.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to escalate persistent challenges and suggest potential enhancements.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes and updates to inform clients accurately.
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly in technical or software-related fields, is preferred.
  • A good understanding of POS systems or a willingness to learn is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions independently.
  • Experience with customer support tools and software is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive mindset with eagerness to adopt new technologies and improve skills.
