In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our Dutch-speaking partners. Your mission is to ensure that clients derive maximum value from our technology solutions, guiding them through their journey and addressing any inquiries or challenges they may face. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and expertise.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assess client needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Track client engagement and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service offerings.
  • Develop and share best practices and resources to empower clients in their use of our technology.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Experience in customer success, support, or account management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with clients through excellent communication.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
