As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content across our social media platforms to ensure that it aligns with our community guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish across our social media channels to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Detect and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content promptly.
• Communicate effectively with users by responding to their comments and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Document moderation activities thoroughly and help generate reports on user engagement and content trends.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to refine processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in content moderation.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate content effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling respectful and constructive interactions with users.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse community interactions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of the role and work as part of a team.
