Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandise Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own merchandise planning for multiple product categories with full accountability for results
• Collaborate with teams to develop sales forecasts and strategic inventory plans to optimize product assortment
• Lead inventory planning initiatives and drive the weekly forecasting process to determine inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent, preferred
• 5+ years' experience in quantitative analysis, inventory planning, and/or forecasting in a retail or e-commerce company
• Experience in allocation or store planning is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and management of large datasets
• Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
