Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused customer service through phone, email, and SMS chat
• Run health insurance checks to determine member eligibility and potential cost share
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ months of experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare support, or similar roles
• Comfortable using phone systems, Google Suite, Slack, and customer management platforms
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• A warm personality that fosters trust and builds relationships
• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare-related role is a plus
