Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate to assist members in navigating their healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic and comprehensive support through high-volume inbound calls and chats
• Own the member journey by researching and resolving complex cases with minimal member effort
• Guide members in accessing necessary healthcare services and educate them about their benefits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls using VoIP phone systems
• Strong familiarity with Google apps, Apple products, and customer relationship management software
