In this role you will be responsible for the start-up, ramp-up and serial production of a new manufacturing operation of the Flower Branch facility. You will directly report to the Operations Manager and will be deeply involved in the setup of drug handling during assembly and storage, the creation of the respective documentation (SOP’s, Work Instructions, logs, etc.) as well as the selection and training of shop floor personnel for this Business Unit.

• Responsible for start-up, ramp-up and later serial production of a production line and expanding our manufacturing operation of the Flower Branch facility
• Responsible for healthcare manufacturing which includes injection molding, assembly operations and packaging as well as serialization
• Monitor production output in terms of quality, quantity, and efficiency and ensure corrective action and notification of variance
• Plan employees and equipment to achieve production requirements, ensuring cost and quality are controlled
• Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to internal and external quality and regulatory standards in collaboration with Quality department
• Ensure accurate bookings/corrections to ERP system for labor/scrap/inventory etc.

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• Several years of work experience in operations in a healthcare manufacturing environment 
• Work experience in building up processes, documentation and a team within a start-up based manufacturing environment 
• Interest becoming a leader / supervisor and preferably already first experience in leading teams
• Ability to communicate well with and handle a variety of personalities and individuals
• Experience working towards strict deadlines and organizing self independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, ERP and MES systems 
• Ability to effectively present information

The salary range for this role lays between 75.000 - 85.000 USD per year for a full time contract.
