Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Software Sales Executive to lead their sales team and drive sales in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end sales process using a consultative selling approach
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and develop strategies to enhance customer experience and lead conversion
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and manage a robust sales pipeline while preparing reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in IT, preferably with software or SaaS solutions
• Proven experience in HubSpot, particularly in setting up sales workflows
• Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills focused on driving results through collaboration
