A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Validate requests and authorizations, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality while handling medical records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• Must be self-motivated and a team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
