A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist- Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis and recommend settlement strategies for claims
• Create documentation such as reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
• Coach and mentor less experienced adjusters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses or willingness to obtain them
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
