Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Call Center Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and solution-focused support to Service members, Veterans, and their families over the phone
• Handle inquiries and requests in a professional manner while managing high-stress situations
• Gather information to assess needs and resolve inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one year of experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical/hospital call center
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish, both oral and written
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong ethics
