We’re looking for our next Enterprise Implementation Manager to join our Implementation Team. Reporting to the VP, Customer Experience, you’ll be supplying the Implementation Team with the extra bandwidth and leadership to coordinate enterprise-level implementations and keep projects within scope and moving along smoothly.
A day in the life as an Enterprise Implementation Manager:
- Own the implementation process – head the implementation of complex, multi-community, enterprise level projects and develop comprehensive project plans for enterprise rollouts, outlining milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee stakeholder relationships – serve as the primary contact for executive level stakeholders and build trust relationships with senior leaders through aligning strategic objectives with implementation goals
- Assure ongoing project success – Ensure implementation plans are tailor-made for customers, provide transparent, clear, and timely status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and monitor KPIs to ensure measures of success are met
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Gather feedback and collaborate with Product to prioritize feature enhancements based on customer needs
- Be a leader – act as a mentor to the implementation specialists and identify process improvements across the Implementation team by providing actionable insights to support ongoing optimizations
- Seek growth opportunities – Own the full scope of Enterprise Implementation with the forethought of launching for success as the client relationship deepens and expansion opportunities unfold.

- I have knowledge of Enterprise-level software implementations
- I gained my knowledge through 5-7 years of direct experience of customer implementations and/or onboarding projects within a SaaS environment
- I have experience in delivering training with a highly complex product
- I have in-depth knowledge of MealSuite products or highly complex and customizable SaaS products with comparable functionality
- I’m familiar with Microsoft 365 and Customer Management Systems, like Planhat or other related software
- I’m exceptional at multitasking and managing a high project workload in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing and managing my time efficiently and effectively
- I have a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a track record of building strong relationships and a professional rapport with executive stakeholders and customers
- I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
