Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Pitch and sell MaxRank Pro’s SEO services to real estate companies in Dubai and the wider UAE market.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to drive results for their SEO and digital marketing strategies.
3. Digital Marketing Knowledge:
• Leverage SEO best practices and digital marketing tools to advise clients on how MaxRank Pro’s services can improve their online presence.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, digital marketing developments, and the latest industry practices.
4. Sales Performance & Reporting:
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report on sales performance and lead generation metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in SEO and digital marketing is preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales or marketing is a bonus but not essential.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE is advantageous.
