About the Role


We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the development of AI-powered product innovation, transforming bold ideas into market-ready products from prototype through development and production. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and a cross-functional team to explore new frontiers in technology-enabled connection, leveraging generative AI and emerging technologies. Your work will be instrumental in shaping visionary product experiences that have the potential to redefine how people connect in meaningful ways.


Responsibilities
  • Actively build and experiment with the latest AI tools to unlock new product opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform product innovation. 
  • Partner with the CEO, and facilitate collaboration among engineering, design, and research teams to translate visionary ideas into actionable plans and high-impact prototypes.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from strategy and concept development to testing, iteration, and refinement.
  • Define and drive product goals, roadmaps, success metrics, and development priorities  -  ensuring alignment with stakeholders and efficient execution. 
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, experimentation, and innovation within the team.


What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years of product management and or AI product development experience – ideally in early-stage development of AI-powered or ML-driven products. 
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience applying LLMs, ML models, or AI-driven personalization in product development
  • Execution-Oriented: Track record of operationalizing high-level concepts into structured product roadmaps that deliver results.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with engineering, research, design, and executives to develop and refine AI-powered products.
  • Strategic Mindset: Skilled at aligning. long-term vision with execution and effectively operationalizing high-level ideas into product roadmaps.
  • Data-Driven: Leverages analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform and refine AI-driven product experiences.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguity, navigating technical constraints, evolving AI capabilities, and shifting market needs while maintaining product focus.
  • Communication: Able to articulate AI strategies, technical trade-offs, and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for Innovation: Deep curiosity for AI and emerging technologies, continuously exploring new applications and AI-powered product experiences.
  • Background: Experience in startups, venture studios, incubators, or high-growth environments where AI experimentation and rapid iteration were central to success.


$143,000 - $172,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
