About the Role:

Join MasterClass as a Brand Designer to shape how we bring the knowledge of the world’s best  to our members. You'll lead visual identity initiatives for class launches and new products, working at the intersection of education, entertainment and tech to create inspiring, cohesive brand experiences.

What You Will Do:

• Transform strategic briefs into bold creative concepts that balance brand and performance
• Lead art direction for class launch campaigns, from concepting through execution
• Direct and inform on-set photography to capture compelling class imagery
• Create high-performing visual solutions for paid ads and social channels
• Align with and anticipate opportunities to  elevate brand guidelines
• Partner closely with performance marketing teams to optimize creative

About You 

• 6-8  years of experience in brand design, with expertise in photography
• Track record of leading complex design projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and systems thinking
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills in remote settings
• Self-directed with ability to create clarity from ambiguity
