Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing program/project management or operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in assessing, selecting, and implementing marketing, sales, and work management tools
• Proficiency in defining processes and optimizing user experiences within Atlassian tools
• Experienced in developing and presenting reports and performance insights to senior stakeholders
