Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations, Campaign Production Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of campaign specialists and agency partners for end-to-end campaign execution
• Create and optimize campaign workflows and processes to ensure quality and scalability
• Oversee the timely execution of global email and multi-channel campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo
• Experience with project management and resource planning tools (e.g., Jira)
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
