THE POSITION
We’re hiring a Provider Relationship Manager to help shape and elevate the experience of the physicians and nurse practitioners who deliver care through Maple.
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in levelling up the provider experience by implementing programs, creating connection points, and driving initiatives that ensure they feel supported, inspired, and proud to partner with us.
You are a strong communicator, relationship builder, and natural connector. You know how to create meaningful touchpoints and understand the importance of trust, consistency, and empathy in every interaction. You’re energized by creating experiences that make people feel valued, and you’re ready to build something impactful from the ground up.
YOUR IMPACT- Build and grow trusted relationships with our healthcare providers. Be their go-to point of connection and own the programs that support their success.
- Implement and execute engagement initiatives that drive connection and belonging.
- Own and evolve our provider onboarding process, ensuring every new provider has a seamless, supportive, and inspiring start.
- Champion process improvements that remove friction, scale impact, and strengthen the provider experience.
- Collaborate across teams to create a unified, intentional provider journey from first touchpoint to long-term engagement.
- Be a voice for providers internally—surface insights, advocate for their needs, and turn feedback into meaningful change.
12 – 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES
In your first 90 days, you’ll build a strong understanding of Maple’s provider ecosystem. You’ll begin developing relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders, take ownership of onboarding coordination, and launch initiatives that support engagement and communication.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, you’ll drive the evolution of our provider-facing operations by building scalable systems across onboarding, support, and engagement. You’ll raise the bar on what great looks like and play a defining role in shaping how providers experience Maple as we grow.
CANDIDATE PROFILE- 3+ years of experience in roles involving stakeholder management—this could include client success, community management, healthcare operations, or vendor/partner relationship management.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, whether internal or external.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and forward-thinking, with a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by purpose-driven work.
