• Lead and support instructional staff to strengthen teaching effectiveness and maintain high instructional quality
• Oversee program alignment and operational effectiveness to ensure consistency and quality across all cohorts

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a technical field such as web development, data analytics, or cybersecurity
• 2+ years of experience in education or instructional coaching, specifically managing projects and hiring
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with onboarding and building effective teams
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and lead a team through changes
