Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.
Why do we love building Make (and why you might too)?
We are developers who understand the power of software to solve complex problems. But what if someone isn’t a developer or doesn’t have access to one? Without the right tools, they might end up spending hours on repetitive, manual tasks—copying and pasting data, managing workflows by hand, and wasting valuable time that could be better spent on high-impact work.
Make transforms this reality, enabling anyone to build intelligent automations easily. By integrating advanced AI tools and models, including powerful LLMs, we empower people all over the world to create workflows that adapt to their needs—without writing a single line of code. Make provides a visual platform where creating solutions feels as intuitive as playing a game, turning everyday users into makers and giving them the ability to harness the potential of AI in their workflows.
About the Team
Our team is dedicated to integration of applied AI into Make, focusing on developing innovative solutions involving Large Language Model (LLM), AI Agents and other usage of AI and pattern recognition stemming from the findings from our data analyses. We are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in NoCode and work collaboratively to create intuitive and powerful user experiences that leverage the latest in AI technology.
We are focused on delivering a multitude of AI related features, move fast and constantly find new places to tackle. Each member of our team has a strong sense of ownership and initiative within a particular feature(s), while staying in tight sync with the rest. Developer feedback truly gets recognized within the team and it's not uncommon to go from a developer suggestion to a feature, or even a separate service/project within a single sprint.
The Role
As a software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing product features and customer solutions, along with the underlying infrastructure, that are based on LLMs. You will interact closely with product managers and software engineers within the product and engineering organization and with AI/ML experts in the Celonis AI Group to analyze, build and improve scalable and high quality AI Products and features for our customers.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing new foundational technical components that will power the next generation of automation and elevate the impact Make has on our customers. These components may span the areas of natural language processing, large language models, data mining, recommendation, knowledge base, business intelligence, and other AI technologies.
