Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Lead to join their remote team and drive ML initiatives for their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ML roadmap and align initiatives with company goals
• Lead end-to-end development of ML features from ideation to deployment
• Build and lead the ML team, mentoring members and establishing standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning with production-level model deployment
• Strong experience with Python and SQL; AWS and Docker experience is a plus
• Proven track record of owning and delivering ML projects end-to-end
• Experience with modern ML workflows (e.g., MLOps, CI/CD for ML)
• Ability to lead and mentor while remaining hands-on
