We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Asistant Store Manager for our location in Midland, TX. This position is responsible for ensuring a high-quality store and team performance while increasing sales and modeling exceptional customer service. We are looking for a long-term commitment from someone who is willing to grow with us.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Opening, closing and running the store daily.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service including the ability to function as a role model, ensuring the customer is always a top priority
  • Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and proper display techniques
  • Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within the store
  • Challenge and motivate employees
  • Effectively communicate with the store team and outside sales team.
  • Day to day operations of the store including inventory management, cash management, receiving, and general retail store functions.
  • You will partner with us in the opening, maintaining, and growing a new location.

Qualifications

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Excellent Customer service, communication and organization skills
  • (1) year minimum supervisory experience in a retail setting
  • Strong computer skills
  • Problem solver
  • Working knowledge of inventory management 
  • Store merchandise experience 
  • Salon Industry knowledge and interest 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Honest and dependable
  • Ability to build and maintain team relationships
  • Ability to meet customer's needs and resolve challenges 
  • Willing and motivated to grow professionally
  • Ability to lift and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Present a professional appearance

Additional Information

This is a hourly position with quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities. Our stores are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
