Position Title: Influencer Growth Consultant, UK

Location: London (remote)

About The Role

At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world's largest creator monetization platform, is looking for an Influencer Growth Consultant, to manage & grow a team and a portfolio of influencers, ensuring they receive world-class strategy & guidance to increase their earnings and business.

This includes creating and delivering high-impact strategies to drive creator performance, empowering usage of the platform, utilizing data to reinforce strategic initiatives and activities, trend analysis, and long-term planning.

This role will own an influencer portfolio and will be responsible for managing these influencers whilst working cross-functionally to enhance each influencer's business. It involves important teamwork within the Influencer teams, Marketing and Brand Platform teams, frequent interaction with external clients, and the occasional travel to be the face of LTK amongst your portfolio.

The ideal candidate is expected to have first-hand influencer experience and knowledge of the UK market. You have an understanding of social media platforms, trend insights, and performance marketing in the UK market. 

How You Will Make An Impact

• Build the best-in-class coaching and nurturing situation for a portfolio of influencers. Coach influencers across the UK. 
• Own and nurture your portfolio of influencers personally via meetings, whilst maintaining the company’s existing relationship with top-performing influencers and being the go-to person; building the best in class relationships.
• Develop and deliver short, medium & long-term growth strategies for a portfolio of influencers to increase their earnings.
• Be an expert on the social media landscape, constantly keeping up to date with social media developments with a view to consulting influencers about how to leverage each channel effectively to grow their business/audience/sales/LTK Shop, etc.
• Provide timely internal reporting, trend insights, and analysis, creator insight & feedback, and identify areas to address or new opportunities/process improvements to support the business and influencer lifecycle.
• Maintain a high-performance culture of excellence.
• Attend influencer events when necessary.

What You Bring To LTK

• 4+ years of influencer-facing experience in influencer marketing, agencies, affiliates, talent management performance marketing or e-commerce. Categories in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle are preferred.
• Able to demonstrate influencer growth experience; relationships and growing talent.
• Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and trends in the UK (i.e. TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram, etc.).
• Great understanding of Analytics and Data, with an astute ability to optimize tactics accordingly and implement scalable strategies where necessary
• Proactive communication and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs).
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence.
