Job Summary

A company is looking for a PHA Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate HAZOP and LOPA studies and provide consulting on PHA/LOPA policies and procedures
• Maintain the MI Audit database and Area Node lists, ensuring ongoing PHA Revalidation efforts
• Lead Management Review meetings and verify completeness of Process Safety Information for each PHA

Required Qualifications and Education

• 10+ years of experience in the Petrochemical/Refining industry
• PHA Leadership Certificate required
• 5 years' experience as a PHA facilitator
• Engineering degree, preferably a BS in an accredited engineering discipline
• PE and CFSE certifications preferred
