This role is focused on providing critical support to the creative and production processes, ensuring timelines are met and all resources are in place for successful execution.

We’re looking for someone who excels in coordination and logistics—someone who loves creating order out of complexity and ensuring all details are covered for creative success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot Logistics Support:
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating content shoots, including handling logistics like booking locations, talent, and equipment.
  • Content Versioning Assistance:
  • Help in adapting and preparing content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or production support role, ideally within a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Proven project management skills: Experience creating and managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for order and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
  • A positive, can-do attitude: Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for social media: A genuine interest in the ever-evolving world of social content and trends.

  • Bonus Points
  • Experience with social media content production workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
